Process
It all begins with a chat
Get in touch to make the first step in your journey and let us guide you from design to destination.
1. Arrange a free consultation
During an initial call or workshop visit we discuss how you will use the van and get to know what functions are important to you. We can share advice on all aspects from the specifications to insurance.
2. Secure your build spot
We kindly ask for a non-refundable deposit of £3000 to secure your build slot. You can then get excited and start looking for inspiration for your build. Explore different styles and materials to make your van unique.
3. Configure your vehicle
Decide on your base van model, size and specifications. We can advise on which is best suited to your needs and source your van for you or you can supply your own.
4. Finalise the design
About 6 weeks before the build slot, we have a detailed consultation to finalise the van conversion specifications and aesthetic choices, ensuring it's tailored to your needs and personality.
5. Stay updated
We keep you involved with photos, videos, and access to our exclusive client portal. Before handover, we complete safety checks, obtain gas and electrical certification, and confirm the van's weight.
6. Start your adventure
On handover day, we guide you through your new van and set you off on your journey. Enjoy comprehensive aftercare with a personalised handbook, support phone line and warranty.
