● Personal Information: The Website and Social Media platforms ask you to provide various types of Personal Information to enhance the quality of the Services we can provide to you and the more accurate the information you provide, the better we are able to customise your request. As part of the process of using the Site and/or the Services, Vanlife Conversions need to collect details such as the names and addresses and or email addresses of the Customer or potential Customers when enquiries are made via the Site or via email or phone. Details of all vans are shared with our insurance company for insurance purposes
● External suppliers (for example suppliers of base vehicles, trackers. This is not an exhaustive list as it may vary with each van)
Sometimes for the completion of the agreed services, we need to share your personal information with the suppliers that we work with. Please contact us directly if you would like a list of suppliers that we share your details with, specific to your van.
● If required. Disclosure of your Personal Information in Compliance with Laws
You should be aware that we may release your Personal Information when we believe it is necessary to comply with laws or regulations, to assist law enforcement, to enforce the terms under which you transacted with Vanlife Conversions, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Vanlife Conversions, Site Users or others.
